LOT ONE:
This represents a unique piece of UK motorsport memorabilia auctioned in aid of the Help for Heroes charity. The item, the only pre-production hardback version of Memory Lanes by Peter Robinson (ISBN 9780955807411), has been signed by over 55 people who were active competitors, organisers and others associated with the subject of this popular book, the Motoring News Championship between 1970 and 197. The signatures have either been signed directly into the book or have (for obvious logistical reasons) been added by way of a “sticky label”. The current list of signees includes:

LOT TWO:
This is a copy of Dave Orrick’s Night Moves (ISBN 0948511559) in excellent condition. Night Moves documents the Motoring News Championship( in particular the final year 1987), is long out of print and is much sort after by motor sport book enthusiasts. From a collector’s perspective there is very slight delamination at the bottom right hand corner of the cover and also to the bottom edge. There is also a slight
mark on the spine. I would describe the rest of the book and the rear cover as being almost in mint condition. The successful bidder will additionally receive a signed copy of Memory Lanes by Peter Robinson (value of this book is £36.50 incl. p&p) in recognition of their
contribution to the nominated charity.
